Course 1: Legal Marital Consulting for Couples
This inclusive course is designed for engaged or married couples seeking a comprehensive understanding of the legal implications of statutory marriage in Nigeria. It explores the shared responsibilities, rights, and obligations of both partners, covering crucial topics like asset management, decision-making in marriage, and navigating potential challenges within the legal framework. By addressing the often-overlooked legal aspects of marriage, this course helps couples build a balanced and informed foundation for their union. Available as an interactive one-day crash course, a three-day retreat, or a self-paced two-week program, participants will leave prepared to face marital life with confidence, armed with actionable knowledge and certifications to mark their progress.
Course 2: Post Legal Marital Consulting & Mediation
This course provides guidance on navigating separation and co-parenting through non-contentious dispute resolution within the framework of Nigerian statutory law. Designed for couples or individuals, it offers a safe and supportive environment to address asset division, co-parenting strategies, and amicable resolutions outside of court. Participants will gain practical tools to manage separation constructively while prioritizing respect, collaboration, and dignity.
Specific issues were there are medical or neurodiverse issues bordering on a child in the home or part of the causation for separation have been carefully fine-tuned into this program by trained experts from our SEND (SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS AND DISABILITIES) department, to help families navigate those sensitive situations.
Whether taken together or separately, the course ensures a free and open space to explore sensitive issues. Available as a one-day intensive session, a three-day retreat, or a self-paced two-week program, it concludes with certification, empowering participants to approach post-marital challenges with confidence and clarity.
